The Hampton Home
Baseline Price: $180,000 USD
Architectural Concept
The Hampton Home is Moniya Gardens’ largest floor plan, based on a two-storey Deepblue SmartHouse build originally sited in Camp Hill, Queensland. Three separate living areas give the household room to entertain, gather casually, and retreat quietly, while five bedrooms and five bathrooms comfortably suit a large or multigenerational family. A three-car garage and one expansive open-plan kitchen complete a home built for a full household, all delivered on Deepblue’s cold-formed light gauge steel frame.
The frame is cold-formed steel, factory-cut to precise tolerances so panels arrive ready to bolt together with minimal waste on site. Unlike timber or concrete, the steel doesn't expand, contract, warp, or rot as humidity changes — it holds its shape for the life of the building. It's also lightweight enough to handle and ship efficiently, fully recyclable at end of life, and naturally fire-resistant, adding a layer of safety timber framing can't match. This model is built and supplied by Deepblue SmartHouse, Moniya Gardens' construction partner.
