The base layout does not include an integrated garage, so Moniya Gardens pairs this model with a private paved parking court instead — the same open, flexible floor plan Deepblue built for a family home in Uruguay.
The frame is cold-formed steel, factory-cut to precise tolerances so panels arrive ready to bolt together with minimal waste on site. Unlike timber or concrete, the steel doesn't expand, contract, warp, or rot as humidity changes — it holds its shape for the life of the building. It's also lightweight enough to handle and ship efficiently, fully recyclable at end of life, and naturally fire-resistant, adding a layer of safety timber framing can't match. This model is built and supplied by Deepblue SmartHouse, Moniya Gardens' construction partner.
